Kate becomes newest board member of COAST (the Coalition for Sustainable Transportation)
Kate has joined the board of the Coalition for Sustainable Transportation (COAST) Santa Barbara as their newest member. COAST is a non-profit organization that "provides advocacy, education and outreach to improve transportation options in the Santa Barbara and Ventura Regions, promoting rail, bus, bike and pedestrian access." Kate is excited to join forces with the wonderful people of COAST to work to make a difference in our community!

Kate is the founder of Data Perspectives Consulting. She received her Ph.D. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in the Department of Geography, with an emphasis in Transportation Methods, Models and Computation. She and her husband Chris live in Santa Barbara, California.
