Data Perspectives Consulting was founded in 2013 with the mission of conducting quality data analysis and model development for urban design and transportation planning. With a focus on innovation and progress, Data Perspectives Consulting is positioned at the forefront of new frontiers in transportation and planning methods.
Our work and expertise includes travel behavior and modeling, innovative data collection and analysis methods and understanding the influence of the built environment on behavior.
Services: We focus primarily on data collection methods and data analysis with respect to location and transportation based problems. We provide technical and analytical services to companies and organizations, with applications in travel behavior analysis and modeling, urban planning and design, and location modeling and decision making.

Kate Deutsch- Burgner Ph.D.- Owner
Kate is the founder of Data Perspectives Consulting. She received her Ph.D. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in the Department of Geography, with an emphasis in Transportation Methods, Models and Computation. She, her husband Chris and daughter Ella live in Santa Barbara, California.
