Kate is the founder of Data Perspectives Consulting. She received her Ph.D. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in the Department of Geography, with an emphasis in Transportation Methods, Models and Computation. She, her husband Chris and daughter Ella live in Santa Barbara, California.
